I am the owner and inspector of Dean Home Inspection Services. From a property’s grading and landscaping, to the fundamental structure and mechanics of the home, I understand how residential construction should look and where it can sometimes go wrong.

Making the Process Easier
- Not only is it important for you to have a better understanding of the condition of the home being inspected, but I want to make sure that the residence is safe—which is why I use technology such as thermal imaging, moisture meters, and gas leak detection to assist in my evaluation of the property.
- I do everything I can to make the home-buying process easier, providing a comprehensive inspection report that includes the highest quality of videos and digital pictures to shed additional light on specific aspects of the home’s condition. - First-time home-buyers need not fear, because I’ll make sure to clarify any potential points of confusion so that you’re confident in your understanding of the home before continuing final negotiations.
