My name is Jeff Kurth, owner, and operator of Dean Home Inspection Services. As an inspector, my goal is to illuminate a home’s condition while dispelling any incorrect information you’ve been given by sharing knowledge that is supported by clear visual evidence. My non-invasive home inspections will make previously unknown facts available, identifying strengths and weaknesses in the property’s present condition, that will indicate whether or not the home is currently able to fulfill your needs. Sewer Scoping
Are your sinks and tubs emptying too slowly?
- As a Certified Sewer Scope Inspector, I can use a special camera to scope your sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with your plumbing’s systems proper drainage, as well as help determining the location of any offsets, clogs or damaged line materials.
- Finding and addressing such problems now can head off catastrophic and expensive repairs later. My Sewer Scope Inspection meets special requirements for many California cities, including the city of San Luis Obispo.
- You will receive a full report with digital photos and a link to an online video. Sewer scope inspections can be included with a standard home inspection or as a stand-alone service.
- As a Sewer Scope Inspector, I will be providing you with a non-biased inspection and report that does not include solicitation of any repair work.
Easy-to-Read Inspection Reports in 24-36 Hours
I’ll deliver your inspection report directly to your email address within 24-36 hours of the completed inspection service. The convenient digital format is easy to read and always available to refer to when you need a reminder about any deficiencies discovered. I’ll also include helpful photographs of the home that will make it evident why a particular component was declared to be defective. All of my clients will receive free access to the user-friendly Create Request List™ (CRL)™ feature by HomeGauge.
The Create Request List™ (CRL)™
- The CRL™ saves you the trouble of writing out improvements that you’d like to be made on the home by allowing you to create a digital project and repair request list directly from the inspection report
- For any defective item I find, you can choose between the following requests: repair, replacement, or reimbursement
- When your real estate agent hands over the standard repair addendum to the seller of the home, your personalized request list can be attached
I’m enrolled in an Errors & Omissions/General Liability insurance policy in order to protect you from certain costs associated with major issues that may have been not readily accessible or concealed during the home inspection.
